You come to us (Lab Study)

We will conduct user research sessions face-to-face at one of our locations in the U.S.

Meet us online or by phone (Remote Study)

You give us your thoughts by phone. We might also ask you to view and interact with our design ideas online.

    please change the report section so that you can enter in your own timeframe for the report. last year, 13 weeks, 4 weeks are very limiting. thanks

    Hello,
    i’d like when fullslate is also functioning with a 24h/d sheduling instaet am and pm.
    I ask this many time but still it’s not available for europe time.
    But still hoping.

    Let FullSlate book classes that are multiple days long. (i.e. Three day classes)

  5. SOAP notes. We perform medical massage, so having the that option for documentation underneath every clients file would be GREAT!!!!

    I would be VERY helpful if I could view and add packages on my mobile phone. I can’t see how many are left on a package from my phone, which is pretty important while I am at work!

    *Allow modifications to gift certificates… I would like my address, phone number and logo on them.
    *Allow me to print/reprint individual gift certificates more easily, right from purchase screen
    *Be able to print out schedule without full client info, just name and service
    *Allow custom options for recurring appts to allow for first Friday of every month, etc.
    *Show phone number on schedule when I click on the appointment instead of having to go into client details to call them.

    I have a nearly 2 year old problem I would like addressed!

    When my customers make their initial appointment on-line, there are some options for them to check. One of them is “Please make this my regular weekly lesson time”. If this is checked, I then make the appointment weekly recurring with no end date. Another choice is “This is a make-up lesson” which lets me know they have rescheduled 1 lesson and do not want a new regular time. There are also a couple of other check boxes.

    When the customer reschedules a time, it is inheriting those checks. This makes it appear to me that they are requesting a new regular recurring time, when in fact they are only rescheduling that 1 appointment. So this means I always need to contact a customer that has rescheduled – losing a bunch of the benefit of having them do their own on-line scheduling. Ideally, when choosing reschedule, the customer will still see and make those check box choices for this 1 rescheduled time.

    Zip CODES Automated city and states…….. when you type their zip code it automatically populates their city and state. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

    Ability to select SMS Reminder Consent and No Automatic Email via mobile site.
    Ability to view/update Gift Certificate status via mobile site.

    And to continue,
    There needs to be a history log of all the changes made. So I can see if I accidentally dragged and dropped an appointment.

    consider the abililty to email a compressed archive of the schedule at regular intervals to serve as backup.

    And, Please, please add the ability to edit available hours on the mobile app.
