Let Clients Select a Provider, Then a Service, When They Book Appointments

Filed under: Tips & Tricks — Patrick @ 11:19 am

You can now choose to have your clients first select the provider they want and then select from among the services that provider offers. This is particularly valuable for salons, spas, clinics and other businesses where each practitioner has a loyal clientèle.

Here’s what makes this feature especially valuable: now you can create mini menus of services that are partially or entirely unique to each provider. Does each practitioner perform a different set of services? Do you each charge a different price for the same service? Does one practitioner like to set aside more time for a service than the other practitioners? No problem! With this new feature, you can create unique services–with different prices, durations, cleanup times, setup times, descriptions, and so forth–for each provider.

To have your clients choose the provider first, go to Settings > Booking Details and select the proper setting. And please let us know what you think!

New Feature: Customize Your Landing Page

Filed under: New & Improved — Patrick @ 9:37 am

We just released a great new feature! You can now customize the look and feel of your Full Slate landing page–the webpage your clients see when they book appointments. Through easy-to-use drop-downs and sliders, you can personalize the style, color, font and text size of your landing page:

  • Style – Choose from Austere, Light and Bold. ‘Austere’ provides a clean, white page if you prefer to keep it simple. ‘Light’ adds some color to the page header, and ‘Bold’ is, well, bold, adding your choice of color to the whole page.
  • Color – Choose from the entire color spectrum to match your website or tastes.
  • Font – Are you a Tahoma, Verdana or Sans Serif kind of person? Choose from these fonts and more.
  • Text size – Use the slider to choose a text size that fits your style.

To customize your landing page, go to Marketing > Look and Feel. You can play around with different options and immediately see the results in the landing page preview. And the moment you hit ‘Save’, you’ll have a whole new look and feel.

Go personalize your landing page today!
